Returned or exchanged items must be new, unused and in original condition, with the original packaging and with the manufacturer’s tags still attached in accordance with or return policy. Cut lines, numbered sails, personalized Colie covers and DVD/CD/Videos are not returnable. No credit will be given for shipping fees.
All purchases are the property of the customer once they are paid for and are in transit. Damages or goods lost in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and the customer must make their claim with the carrier. Colie Sails will not be responsible for damages in transit. We will do all that we can do to assist in a claim with a carrier, and upon approval, reship the product.
