We try our best to make sure that what is shipped or delivered to you is exactly what you really wanted. However, misunderstandings can occur from time to time.
If any item you receive is not what you wanted, or in some other way is unsatisfactory, we ask that you call (732-892-4344) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss the problem with us and to get a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your purchase. No returns will be credited without a Return Authorization Number.
Exchanges for size are happily provided when needed.

We will issue you a Return Authorization Number which you place on the invoice inside the box with a brief note explaining the return/exchange.
Items must be received within 10 days of receiving your RMA number.
Only new, unused merchandise with tags in place will receive full credit. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. Please insure the package and keep your receipt and tracking number.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
A store credit, less the actual shipping costs, toward a new purchase or exchange will be applied. No refunds.
All sale items, cut lines, numbered sails, sails with modifications or windows added, personalized Colie covers, and CDs/DVDs are not returnable.
