Shipping policy
Shipping Rates:
We are a small company and do our best to keep costs low for our customers. Shipping is expensive and goes up in price each year. To be honest, we probably lose money on shipping every time, but we try to keep our rates as competitive as possible.
- Our Standard Ground shipping is $14.95 for the continental US, $18.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
- If you are in the continental US and the total for an online order is over $400, we will ship for free! We've invested a lot into our website, and we do this to encourage our customers to shop online.
- If you need to have your order expedited, please call in your order or call immediately after you've placed your order online. A quote will be provided for the increase in shipping.
We welcome orders from outside of the United States, but shipping rates to locations other than the United States will be calculated and charged on an individual basis. Please call in your order or send us an email with your full shipping address and postal code.
*Exception: Oversize products have shipping costs added to their price prior to checkout, and this additional shipping cost will not change regardless of the dollar amount of the total order.
Carriers: We ship with Fed-Ex and the US Postal Service. Non-oversized products will ship by Priority US Mail to Hawaii, USVI and Puerto Rico.
FedEx Transit Times from Pt. Pleasant NJ: When calculating your transit times, do not count today and do not count Saturday and Sunday.
