Bullseye Buoyancy Kit

Card Sound Sailing Club successfully tested adding standard Optimist Airbags to the Bullseye to add flotation in the event of a capsize or swamp. Nine airbags will work: two under aft deck, four lashed under seats, and three forward of the mast lashed to the floor or held down by other means.

This kit includes:

• 9 air bags in the color of your choosing
• Under-seat installation hardware
  • 8 straps, 70" each in length, 1" width
  • 8 mounting plates for straps
  • 16 flat head bolts, 1.5" long
  • 16 lock nuts
  • 16 washers
• Forward Installation Hardware
  • 4 eye straps (that take a #10 screw)
  • 8 #10 pan head 1/2" screws
  • 12' of 1/4" line to lash the 3 forward airbags down to the eyestraps
