Frequently asked questions
How do I determine my sail number?
Sail number determination varies by class. For ILCA, Optimist, 420, and Melges 15 the sail number coincides with a specific hull. You should be able to find a sticker somewhere on your cockpit indicating what that sail number is. Otherwise, use the number on another sail you own. For ISCA or Sunfish you can either make up a number (one not likely to be chosen by someone else), or you can reach out to the ISCA class and they will assign you a number.
When will I get my order?
We have sails on-hand and ready to ship. Any sail order received prior to 2pm eastern during normal business hours is numbered and shipped same day.
What is the return policy?
All sale items, special ordered items, cut lines, numbered sails, sails with modifications or windows added, and personalized Colie covers are not returnable. Please see our returns section for our full return policy.
Where are your products manufactured?
It depends on the sail and the sail manufacturer. Colie/Oli sails, however, are manufactured by Colie Sails in our Point Pleasant, New Jersey sail loft.
