The 4:1 Optimist Mainsheet makes sailing in breeze a lot easier. Ideally for smaller, younger sailors, this mainsheet can also be used by any Optimist sailor for more precise trim when winds are above 12 knots.
The Harken 2655 Double Carbo Block facilitates smooth trim and the spectra connecting line reduces the amount of mainsheet needed to trim. This mainsheet is a great option for all Optimist sailors!
**Note: You need a Harken Carbo 40 (which comes in most boats) or a similar block with a becket in the floor of your Optimist for this system to work.
